Brent is a seasoned executive search professional with over two decades of recruiting and strategy consulting experience. He has successfully executed Director to C-level searches with clients ranging from the Fortune 500 to portfolio start-ups of V.C., private equity-backed companies. Brent has been consistently acknowledged and rewarded for his development/execution of complete go-to-market strategies, expediency and full search life cycle management. He has worked seamlessly with hiring management and talent acquisition within the banking, asset/investment management, government sponsored enterprise, renewable energy, healthcare and insurance sectors. Notable clients include KKR, Black & Veatch, Engie, BMO Financial, Fifth Third Bank, Hyundai Capital, Blue Mountain, Federal Home Loan Banks, Duke University Health System, Blue Cross Blue Shield and more. Prior to joining QuantRisk & Risk Talent Associates, Brent worked for DHR International, where he served as Principal and Industrial Practice Leader, and Cook Associates, Inc. Earlier in his career Brent worked for Leo Burnett Worldwide in Chicago. He is a recent (2018) Executive MBA graduate from Chicago Loyola University with coursework in Accounting & Financial Analysis, Business Data Analytics, Values-Based Leadership, Marketing Management and more.
